The database is created with first a list of surnames, and then a list of persons. All you have to do is scroll down to the surname you know, click on it (you'll get the list of people starting with that surname), scroll down to the person(s) you want to check out, and click on it.

Unfortunately the file is a mixture of both English and Danish. The software is American, so all software-created labels/keywords are in English, while the names, the places and most of the comments are in Danish.
